Jacob Schorsch is an actor, writer, and musician based (and from) New York. His recent projects include “An Encounter” (New/Next Film Festival), Liz Swados’ Presidential Reality Show (Radio City Music Hall), Tisch Drama Stage’s Sweeney Todd and The Bacchae, and Worker B - a musical composed and directed by Jacob himself.

He graduated in 2025 from NYU Tisch with a BFA in Drama, studying at Stella Adler, the Experimental Theatre Wing, and the International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam. He is also a classically trained pianist, studying under Gena Raps at Mannes Conservatory Pre-College.

You can find Jacob performing with his musical sketch group “Lalahaha,” in venues around NYC such as UCB, The Tank and Caveat. Or you can find him drinking espressos because he recently learned French and thinks you can’t have one without the other.
